This was a gem of a hotel and great staff. It's rooms were pleasant and clean and everything worked. The pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot Melbourne day with shaded areas throughout the day. Secure off street parking, elevator to all levels from the basement carpark. A short stroll to cafes and grocery shopping. Trams just outside the hotel entrance. The restaurant was unfortunately closed during our stay.
I stay here when ever I travel to Melbourne for work.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms clean and comfortable, the pool is clean and great for a dip in, during the hot Victorian summer months and for me it’s a perfect location for me to base myself for work. I also love that a secure car park at the hotel is included in the room rate!
The hotel is close to restaurants and pubs and varied sightseeing spots that can be accessed via trams or walking.
Nice size rooms, comfy bed, cutlery needs to be upgraded, bathroom needs lots of attention regarding grouting, shower door, rotting wood and in need of a thorough clean around the walls. Shower floor slippery. Great location particularly if needing accommodation near St Vincent’s. The reception staff are absolutely wonderful and the cleaning staff we so polite and obliging.
Loved the stay was very convenient. Location was very peaceful and felt safe. Everything was great but there was some mold in the main shower and the floors were a little slippery, just thought we would let you know encase you had cleanser coming in. We’ll be back!
This property is only a 5 min walk to a tram crossroads allowing travel in many directions. it is also right near 2 other tram stops so very convenient. They do not provide any food/room service, but the rooms have kitchenettes so you can …

Excellent service, and very good, spacious, room. The only reason I dropped one star for "Rooms" is because the shower head wasn't very good. Otherwise, a great hotel which I will use again.
Enjoyed our stay in spacious apartment. Good location for us.
Bed mattress could do with being replaced though.
